"Music is the language of the soul"

The Bismarck-Mandan Thursday Music Club was incorporated in 1915 as a means for members to discuss, perform, and promote music in the community. During its many decades of existence, the Club hosted hundreds of local performers, including generations of scholarship winners. Members in the group stayed active for decades, even as volunteer leadership positions and daytime meetings became difficult to coordinate.

Times have changed, and the Club dissolved as of May 31, 2024.

The Club regrets no longer being able to offer scholarships for deserving young musicians. Those seeking help for expenses can check with their schools or the International Music Camp for potential options.
